Dr. El-Ashram joined Live Oak Health Partners in 2016 and specializes in intensive care and chest diseases including COPD, asthma, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, sleep disorders and respiratory failure.
He served his residency in Internal Medicine at Bergen Pines County Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey and obtained a Fellowship in Critical care and Pulmonary Medicine at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine, El-Ashram moved to Texas in 1991 and has served in several hospitals and communities in north Texas.
Dr. El-Ashram is a resident of San Marcos, he is looking forward to providing care to the people of San Marcos and the surrounding communities of Wimberley, Lockhart and Kyle.
