Dr. Risa Curtis is a native Texan who was born and raised in Austin. Dr. Curtis has experience in routine gynecology, menopause, neonatal care, and the minimally invasive da vinci robotic surgery.
She is passionate about Women’s Care; particularly minimally invasive surgery, adolescent/young adult preventative health, and improving obstetrical outcomes.
Dr. Curtis is a member of the American Association of Osteopathic Women Physicians, Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Curtis has a 5-year old daughter named Alani, whom she adores. She enjoys spending time near the ocean, horseback riding, kayaking and the outdoors in general.
